Return Policy

At Cazalor, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely happy, you can return your order within 14 days of receiving it. Below, you will find the terms and steps for returning your product.


Return Conditions

  • Return period: You have 14 days to return your product or exchange it for a different size.
  • Product condition: The product must be unused, unworn, and with the original tags attached.
  • Packaging: Make sure the item is returned in its original packaging.

You will receive a return form with your order. Please fill out this form and include it with your return to speed up processing.


How to Submit a Return Request

  1. Go to accounts.cazalor.com.
  2. Enter your email address and click “Continue”.
  3. Check your inbox for a verification email and copy the six-digit code.
  4. Return to the webshop and enter the code.
  5. Click on the order you want to return.
    • Select the items you want to return (if your order has multiple products).
    • Choose a reason and add a comment if needed.
    • Click “Submit Request”.
  6. If approved, you’ll receive an email with return instructions and a shipping label.
  7. Refunds are issued within 14 days after we receive the return in good condition. Cazalor may wait until the return is received or proof of shipment is provided.
  8. Return shipping is at your own risk in case of loss, theft, or damage. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method.

Exchanges or Refunds

  • Exchanges: Want to exchange your product for a different size? No problem! Simply indicate this on your return form.
  • Refunds: Prefer a refund? Once we have received and inspected the returned product, we will refund the full purchase amount.

Note: return shipping costs are at your own expense. However, exchanges for a different size are free of charge.


Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you have received a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 14 days at info@cazalor.com.

Include your order number and send us clear photos of the product so we can assist you as quickly as possible.


Processing Returns

Once we have received your return, we will process it within 10 business days.

Refunds to your original payment method typically take 7–10 business days after your return has been processed.
